Our Story
Nordix alcohol factory was established in 1993 and was one of the first private owned manufacturers of spirits in Bulgaria.
Nordix alcohol factory has a bottleling line capacity producing 5,000 bottles per hour. The vessel capacity is 2,200,000 litres and 120,000 litres cask capacity.
Nordix alcohol factory consists of two isolated distilleries. The first presents complete cycle of a column set with a producing capacity of 2,000 litres per day. The second facility is equipped with 4 french pot-stills – sharan type. Every single still contains charged capacity of 1,000 litres for preparing top-class distillate. The production of whisky consists of a technologically connected process that contains a mill section, an overboiling section, a saccharification and a section for fermentation of malt and corn for whisky.
The factory itself comprises of two technologically separated lines for primary processing of both white and red wine.
There is also a multifunctional laboratory located in the premises.
Nordix alcohol factory is located in the industrial zone Trud, near the city of Plovdiv. Its built-up land is 4 decares of 8 decares total land. It welcomes you with comfort situated 500 meters from Trakia Highway. Its location is on one of the most convenient routes that connect South and North Bulgaria. We offer our visitors the opportunity of experiencing and tasting our products in our store.
